With 7 reports showing both detailed and summary reports over any period you have access to extremely powerful absence monitoring. Reports can show everyone who has ever worked at a school or just the current employees.
The Full Absence report shows the absences for each employee, the reason and any additional costs of cover. An absence total is shown and a running total for everyone on the report.
The Absence Summary report shows a useful one page overview.
As with everthing else in clickHR, absence reasons can be easily added and changed if needed.
